A Jack Ball to Make Your Kids Mind

A JACK BALL TO MAKE YOUR KIDS MIND

A jack ball is like a mojo in the respect that it is personal and customized; however, it is not meant to actually have a spirit as a mojo does. Instead, it is a tool for focusing one’s energy and intent. Since it is on a string, it can also be utilized as a pendulum. Alternately, it can be swung around when the user wants to initiate change in the situation for which it was created. In this way, a jack ball is essentially a container work on a string.

A traditional jack ball is created using wax. In the following construction, the wax has been swapped for bubble gum.

You will need:

  • A piece of bubble gum for each of your kids and for yourself
  • Hair from each of your kid’s heads and your own
  • Licorice root
  • Knot weed
  • Sugar
  • Angelica root
  • Red yarn
  • A large loop needle that will accommodate the yarn
  • Olive oil or some other condition-specific oil such as Domination, Commanding/Controlling, Peaceful Home, etc.

Have each of your kids chew the gum until it is soft a pliable and then ask them give it back to you. Gather some of your kid’s hair in whatever fashion is convenient.

While concentrating on your intention to make your kids mind, take all of the gum from your kids and mix them until they form one cohesive ball. Then create a “well” in the ball with your thumbs and forefingers so you can place items in the middle of it. Place your kid’s hair, some angelica root, and some sugar in the well. Mash the gum over the items so that they are concealed in the middle of the ball.

Roll the ball in the knot weed.

Take your piece of bubblegum and chew it up. Add a bit of licorice root to your mouth and chew the gum and the licorice root together, until they are thoroughly incorporated into one another. Continue to concentrate on your intention. Spit out your gum and work your hair into it. Take your gum and stretch it out and wrap it around the ball. Depending on how many kids you have, you may need more gum. If you have a lot of kids, then maybe use only half of each kid’s gum? Ultimately, the ball should only be about an inch to an inch and a quarter wide, so plan accordingly. Your gum needs to wrap around the kid’s gumball, entirely.

Take the red yarn and wrap it once around the ball and then tie a knot so that the yarn is anchored to, and fits snugly around, the ball. Start wrapping the yarn around the ball until all areas of the ball have been covered and no bubblegum shows through, leaving at least twelve inches of yarn left for the tail. Feed the tail of yarn through the needle and then oil the pointed part of the needle with olive oil or some condition appropriate oil, such as Domination, Commanding/Controlling, Peaceful Home, etc. Run the needle through the center of the ball and out of the opposite side.

You can now freely swing the jack ball around by the string. Your jack ball is nearly complete. You can finish the tail in whatever manner you choose. Some people tie a series of knots and add beads for a better grip on the end. Some run an additional length of yarn under the area at the top and then braid the tail and the two other strings together (the tail and the two halves of the second length of yarn). It’s up to you.

Once the tail of the jack ball is finished, you can now wake it up! Place the ball between your cupped hands, take a deep breath, and then breath your intention for the ball onto it. Do this three times. Then take some whiskey, holy water, Florida water, or a condition-specific oil and lightly anoint the jack ball while saying, “I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things. And with this life, I give you purpose (state the jack ball’s purpose). In Jesus’ name, Amen. ”

Carry the jack ball on you for the next week. Feed it each week a few drops of whiskey, or other “food” of your choice to keep it going strong. When not carrying it, store it in a bag of its own along with your handwritten petition for its use. Whenever your kids start acting up, find a private place and spin it around, clockwise, stating your petition, something like, “My kids are well-behaved, respectful, studious, and loving.” Alternately, you can put on some music, light a candle and some incense, and make a ritual of it. Don’t forget that your jack ball can be utilized as a container working or as a pendulum. Due to its specific purpose, it should be particularly helpful when divining things about your children.
